I've seen the demos of these, but not yet tried them. Apparently they work wit FCP6 as well

A mate just pointed me at the de-interlace filter that comes with Nattress' plugins for Color. There are some expamples of how good it looks, and as we are all putting more stuff on the web that was not necessarily shot progressive it's a useful tool. There are some other very pretty bits here too

Been in London teaching FCP 101 at Alchemea College of Audio Engineering in London. First time I've taught there. The facilities are the best I have seen! Makes running the course so much easier!

Wow, that was a great course last week. The class was made up of long standing newshounds from well known corporations, and full time editors Soho post houses etc.
Loads of features in FCP get missed by people who have no time to explore the app properly because of heavy workloads. I'm proud to say I have saved these people a lot of time and energy! They broke into aplause at the end, and I assume that it was not just relief that it had finished..........
